Kevin Archer, President

Kevin W. Archer has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including extensive experience in Asset Management for RREEF, a $25 billion investment advisory firm. 

As Managing Director for RREEF, Kevin’s responsibilities included oversight of the management and leasing of a 140 million square foot national industrial portfolio and a 24 million square foot national office portfolio. RREEF’s investment clients totaled 251 represented by commingled, separate accounts, value added, and venture capital firms. Kevin currently conducts Asset Management consulting services on a commercial portfolio that totals over $200 million. 

Kevin has successfully negotiated retail, industrial, and office leases with local, regional, and national tenants, on both the ownership and tenant sides of the transaction. He also has extensive experience in the acquisition of Dallas/Fort Worth office and retail properties.

Max Schwartzstein
 
Max has a background full of experience that has prepared him to serve his commercial real estate clients. His experience in managing two highly successful McAlister's Deli restaurants gives him a thorough understanding of the workings of both restaurants and retail locations, and equips him to approach those transactions with detailed knowledge of what his clients need. He also has experience in manufacturing and city government, and is well prepared to work with clients in those industries as well.

Max started working with the Providential Realty Partners in May, 2008, and specializes in investment sales. His focus is always careful attention to his clients and guarding their best interests in each investment.

Blake White, CPA

Blake White has more than ten years of experience in various industries, including public accounting, transportation, automotive, waste, start-up companies, and investments. Blake worked for two years for Weaver and Tidwell, LLP, as a Senior Associate specializing in audit of public and non-public businesses in the DFW area. He worked for five years for BNSF Railway in various positions, including Manager in the Network Development Department. Blake left BNSF in 2005, and started two different businesses. One of his companies was featured in a program on the Speed Channel!

Blake offers his clients, both corporate and individual, the experience and financial expertise to guide them through tough choice in real estate transactions. As a CPA with an MBA from the top graduate school in north Texas, Blake is positioned to provide his clients the complete package of services.

Cynthia Prendergast, CPM®

Cynthia Prendergast has more than thirty years of experience in real estate in various areas including property management, leasing and development. Prior to joining Providential, Cynthia served as an Asset Manager for RREEF, a $25 billion investment advisory firm, overseeing the leasing and management of commercial properties in the Northeast submarket of D/FW.

Adept at positioning office and industrial properties in their respective markets, Cynthia has focused on achieving the goals and business objectives of tenants and private and institutional owners.  Most recent, notable accomplishments were:

• Repositioned a two-building, single occupant project in Richardson to accommodate smaller, office and flex users (renovation costs were $1.2 million and occupancy went from 0% to 78% within one year).
• Completed $4 million renovation of vacant garden office in Richardson, Texas (project won the City of Richardson Community Revitalization Award in January, 2007)
• Coordinated design schematics, pricing & lease negotiations for 360,000 SF built-to-suit in Plano, Texas for large tech user consolidating in the Northeast market.
• Coordinated design schematics, pricing & lease negotiations for 180,000 SF build-to-suit in Plano.
